'It was exactly what we wanted. It had a small kitchenette with utensils for making breakfast. Bathroom was big, clean, good strong water flow. The bed was super comfortable and perfect for two. The pullout bed was good as well. Access to the flat was simple.'

'Sofia’s apartment is conveniently located close to the Arc de Triomphe. Clean and perfect for a stay close to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Communication was quick and helpful! Also, she and her cleaning person went above and beyond to help me when I reached out for assistance!! A wonderful location, very clean and super for our four night stay!'

'This was our first time staying in a foreign country outside of a hotel. The owner’s representatives at Pickaflat were not only kind and understanding but extremely accommodating and patient to answer our questions. The apartment was great, clean and the bed very comfortable but the host/staff gave us the feeling that we were among friends. Oh, and the best part - there was an iron! '

'Die Lage des Appartements ist ziemlich unschlagbar. Was wichtig wäre: ein Hinweis auf die wirklich steile und enge Treppe nach unten ins Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation war umständlich und nervig, alles wurde mehrmals auf verschiedenen Wegen kommuniziert und sollte mehrfach zeitnah bestätigt werden. Aber wie gesagt: Lage, Lage, Lage. '

'Beautiful flat, although the five flights of stairs to get there were a lot. I'm told most Paris buildings typically have elevators. Not this one. So that was difficult. Otherwise, it was fine but I would recommend the owners stock the place for appropriate needs. For a place as expensive as this one, it should have dishwasher and laundry soap, at a minimum, and maybe some sugar and espressos. Also, please invest in pillows as those provided cannot be called pillows -- they are flat as pancakes...

'This was the perfect apt for 3 adults. Clean, comfortable, and well located. We loved each having our own space and being a bit removed from the crowds. A nice neighborhood to explore, and only 20ish minutes by cab from anywhere we wanted to go. It was just what we needed for a great trip in Paris!'

'L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont sympas et souples sur les horaires d’arrivée car avec le train nous arrivions à 22:30 mais cela n’a pas posé de problème. Seule chose à faire attention les escaliers pour monter à la mezzanine ne sont pas fait pour tout le monde. Mais pour nous tout était bien.'

'Achter een compleet onopvallende deur kom je het mooie moderne appartement binnen. Uitzonderlijk ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en heerlijk rustig in bijna centrum Parijs. Ondanks de staking van december 2019 is alles goed te doen. Het Louvre bereik je in 35 minuten, als je een beetje door loopt. De rest volgt vanzelf. Restaurants, winkels en meer gelijk buiten de deur. Heerlijk verblijf in aangenaam Parijs met dit appartement als thuisbasis voor Kerst 2019 en Nieuwjaar 2020.'

'Pros: You can't beat the location of this property. Great neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants and transportation. And the building has an elevator which is extremely helpful. Cons: The bathroom is extremely small so if you are larger size this might not work for you. And there are very noisy neighbors above in the morning and at night so if you are a light sleeper beware.'

'My roaming service wasn't working so Olivier was not receiving my texts or calls so he met us at 11pm on the street, waiting for us to pull up in a taxi! The location is really excellent--museums within walking distance, a lovely park and restaurants. I would only say that there could have been more instruction around the washer/dryer (very long cycles) and some of the light switches didn't work or were not what I was accustomed to.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We were looking for a larger bed and a larger shower and this was perfect. We didn't do any cooking other than our breakfasts, but it was very well equipped if you wanted to. No elevator, but Oliver was kind enough to give me some assistance with my bag. Bakery is on the corner and a nice grocery store right on the next street. Short walk to metro stations and lots of restaurant choices.'
