Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets. 'Perfect location in the Old City. The property management team was friendly, professional and communicative - and we particularly appreciated all of that with our very short-notice booking. The room was relatively large and very comfortable. There's a little noise in the street below that ends a little late and starts a little early but that can't really be helped and the supplied nightstand ear plugs were a nice offering as was the white noise of the air conditioner. 'What a wonderful introduction to Croatia. The apartment is beautiful. Better than the pictures. It is quaint, clean, perfectly located and the walls and restaurants are just outside. It’s a short walk from two fortress gates. There are stairs, but that’s old world Europe. '

'Wat een subliem uitzicht op de oude stad heb je vanuit deze accommodatie. Heerlijk om op je balkon te zitten en hiervan te genieten. Daarnaast is er een groot terras bij de eigenaar, waar je ook op mag zitten. De eigenaar is bijzonder vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het appartement was keurig schoon, qua inrichting een beetje verouderd, maar we hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. 'The Pucic Palace I see as a hotel de charme. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were there in April 2022, so a bit early in the season. As such their outside terrace (elevated one) was not yet open. Breakfast was good with some special touches. Only downside I can think of there is no lounge to sit and read. Generally very unique and friendly. Can really recommend! '
