As a couple, we recently rented this condo. Perfect location if you want to be near the hustle and bustle of the strip without all the noise. We recommend taking a quick 4-5 minute Uber or taxi to the strip, as parking was near impossible.As indicated upon reserving, we received our check-in information two days prior to arrival and everything you need to know is very clearly written.This one bedroom condo is as pictured and as described, very clean and had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. Nice little balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds, or enjoy a cold beverage in the evening and look at the lights on the strip. We really enjoyed starting the day with a swim in the heated pool and an evening soak in the hot tub chatting with other guests, both of which were a few steps away from the condo. There is also a beautiful smaller non-heated pool. You will feel very safe in this gated community! Guard at the gate and security walking around the property, all very friendly.At the end of the day, you will enjoy a very restful and quiet sleep in a comfortable bed, and choice of pillows. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of big bath towels (if you wear make-up, bring your own cloth or wipes for removal, as the towels are white). If you forget, there is a Walgreen's a few minutes walk from the unit for little items you may need.We were not disappointed and would absolutely book Manny's condo unit again. Highly recommend!

Location was great! But the furniture and comfort of the rental was not accurate to the photos. The place was very dark with most of the lights not working right. It smelled as someone had been smoking in there when it was supposed to be a smoke free rental. The caulking around tub in the bathroom was gone and so water has been getting into the walls and under the tub. Under the kitchen sink smelled really bad, and the air filters in the place really needed to be replaced. We actually checked out and left after the first night of being there (3 days early) and went to a hotel instead. This place has good potential if it was better taken care of.

The condo was clean and appeared close to pictures. Easy check in and very helpful gate security. I felt safe staying alone. The pool was cloudy and not clean but the condo itself was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The keurig did not work, however the coffee maker did! I would stay here again.

Manny home was like a home away from home. Hands down he was the best and my first time staying in a Vrbo and he made my experience very pleasant! If I had any questions he responded promptly. I don’t have anything to say bad about him honestly.
