Woonboten in Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area

'Lovely place in a nice spot on the lake. The grand lobby and restaurant in the resort were wonderful with panoramic views of Kentucky Lake. The room i stayed in was spacious with very comfy beds, lots of pillows and good A/C! I enjoyed taking walks around the property. It was a bit of a commute to get to my lower level, lake view room but the weather was beautiful so it was fine. Id definitely return!'

'It is an older property owned by the state of Kentucky, has not been updated, but it still had a charm. The old doors on each room, it was simple and very clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was fresh and prepared just as requested. So good. My waitress was the sweetest. I was at my daughter's wedding and the desk clerk called to see if I was still coming because it was so late. She was so welcoming. I heard some staff talking about how long it had been since they had gotten a raise. I...
