'Beautiful property. Fabulous service. If you want stay in a nice hotel in Lana’i, this is the only game in town. '

'The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

'This place was okay but honestly there were waaaaaay too many kids and not enough spaces for adults to escape to. One thing that I was really looking forward to was the grotto so when we arrived and they remodeled and removed it, we were really disappointed. Another thing was the guest services on the phone was AI so the staff brought us the wrong items. They were really friendly and this place was nice but for the price I guess I was just expecting more.'

'We loved this hotel. While it's not a classic 'on the beach' resort, beaches are close by and the overall setting is beautiful. We had one of the 'fire lanai' rooms which turned out to be a great choice. The staff was great too. Next time we go to Maui, we plan to stay here again!'

'Very convenient to access shop, dine and beach. The facility is very well maintained and kept clean. Many good people live and stay this facility. Quiet and wonderful view to both mountain and sea. Sunrise and sunset. Especially sunset was great. Wanted to stay longer.'
