'This was the worst place I ever rented. BEWARE they call you a few hours before your trip starts to tell you the unit isn’t available then with no other option switch you into a hell hole of a place that windows and doors didn’t even lock in a bad neighborhood only to say you have to wait till the following day to get help. Now we’re fighting to get our money back we left and booked a hotel I wouldn’t even feel safe letting my dogs stay there. No contact since I requested a refund. '

'Unfortunately, this property was totally unacceptable and we had to move out after one day. We had selected it because it said there was a washer/dryer--in the past, that has always meant in the unit (and we have rented many). The washer/dryer were in a dirty shed in the backyard that required payment. The rental unit itself was incredibly noisy--it faces a busy street and the AC units were deafening. We hardly slept. 'At first, seemed an ideal property. It wasn't. Arrived to the property about 9pm after a long day. Tried the door code. It didn't work. Attempted multiple times, before contacting the unit hosts. They never shared a phone number, so waiting for message to go through, on the worst internet connection we have seen since 2010. Finally get a message stating since this is a costal area the door sticks, so to rock the door while the code is making noise... husband tried 4 times before the broken lock...
