« Isa was so amazing with communication and helping me set up any needs that I had for my trip. There was a welcome basket with bread and cheese and tea and coffee and water which was so much appreciated. A beautiful setting on their banana farm and close to an amazing restaurant and nice hiking. I love that the property has a bathtub for after a long day of hiking. Nico was incredibly helpful with suggestions ahead of time and while we were there. He was also very responsive to any questions or left us a nice welcome gift of local items upon our arrival. « Casa Rosa (the Pink House) was the perfect spot for our 5 days on Pico for our group of three couples. The owner, Manuel, speaks English fluently and is extremely helpful. He, and his brother- and sister-in-law, who live next door, were very responsive to any issues we had, including coming over at 11 pm to restore power lost during a storm, and responding within a few minutes when one of our party got locked in a bathroom! And, after all their help THEY gave US a bottle of wine for our trouble!...

« The location of this property is spectacular. Just steps to a beautiful little beach and a fantastic view of Pico. The unit is very spacious and the front deck is a great place to hang out with views of the farm fields, Pico mountain and the ocean. « We enjoyed the three days we stayed at Casa Baía de Feteira. The house was well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Note Google maps does not take you to the driveway when using the “directions” feature within the vrbo app but rather a nearby location. This was easily and quickly corrected by a note to the host. »
