The apartment is fully furnished, and Beverly was very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with.The unit is very dated and not modern. Furniture is old and worn, with a noticeable musty smell. There is no air conditioning—only fans—which was uncomfortable. The bathtub was very old and looked unclean, the TV did not work properly, and lighting was dim with no overhead lights, lamps only. 'Front desk staff was most helpful and courteous. Could have had more variety for breakfast buffet, avocado toast was not toasted, fruit selection not refilled or local. Dinner was surprisingly good. Fish and chips excellent. Bed too soft, lack of cabinets or shelves, bathtub stopper broken.'

We attempted to call, text, and message Vanessa through the app with no response all night. I also reached out to VRBO customer support and they also were not able to contact her. After over an hour waiting outside in the dark with all of our luggage, the next door neighbor said we could go through their unit and try the lanai door on our unit, which mercifully...
