Villa's in Ladys Island

'Property was clean, inviting, well apportioned and exactly as advertised. Close to beach and pool. Nice location. '

'We’ve been vacationing in the area for 30+ years and this is our first time on Fripp. The villa is above the islands convenience store and gift shop. There is an outside elevator but unknown how to use it. When we arrived we found that we needed a code to access the rental that was not provided. Communication was through text so it was easy to communicate but took some time. First night was great although it would be nice if there were extra blankets. 'The condo was lovely. It had everything necessary for an enjoyable getaway. Located in a beautiful complex, walking distance to many fun places we always felt safe and comfortable. I also appreciated that the coastal vibe was conveyed with color,texture and finishes rather than a lot of beachy tchotchkes. We had a wonderful visit!'

'Shannon started communication with me once we booked the room. She responded to my questions and requests promptly. She offered to help us to book tee time at golf, tennis, restaurant, etc. The room has great view of the ocean, easy access to beach and next to the club complex. '

'Central location that was convenient to all that Fripp had to offer. We rented a golf cart to get around. We ate at the restaurants on the island, loved both Bonito Boathouse and The Beach Club ( thanks Camryn ). Beach access was convenient and not crowded. Enjoyed the live music at The Sandbar. Great first trip to Fripp Island and we will be back!'

'The place was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Well located, lots of things to do in the area. The owner provided everything we could possibly require and communication was great. All in all, we felt welcome.'
