'We had an incredible stay at the Hotel Sanctuarium. The property and gardens were lovely. The hotel is new and everything was immaculate. The room was spacious and had a fridge. The restaurant was very good and had a gorgeous view over the valley to the mountain. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. My husband is an avid bird watcher and they put out seed and fruit for the birds and animals. They were fun to watch. The pool area is very nice. We enjoyed margaritas in the warm pool each...

When they learned that my mom was sick and had to go to a hospital in San Jose, they processed our refund without any problems. Everywhere we went, the staff exceeded our expectations. The rooftop even provided room service for us, and one staff member went out of their way to bring a special knife to cut open our coconut. This is the kind of place where you can truly relax and trust the people around you...
