É tudo muito novinho, tem tudo para cozinhar, utensílios , geladeira, airfryer, a piscina estava super limpa, não conseguimos ir para a praia a pé, pra mim que sou sedentária achei um pouco longe, mas da pra ir, fica próximo à praia de maranduba, tem um mercado top bem perto, na avendida principal.
