'Personal muy amable, enviamos nuestras maletas por paquetería y nos ayudaron a recibirlas y llévalas a nuestra habitación. El desayuno estuvo muy rico, muy tradicional japonés y para el segundo día nos sorprendieron con uno completamente diferente. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene una hermosa vista a la bahía y su onsen interior es pequeño pero muy rico para disfrutar de un descanso, solo nos faltó conocer el que tienen al aire libre '

'We really enjoyed our time at Galleria Midobaru. Even though the hotel was out of the way for guests without cars, it was still worth it. The private onsen in the room was fabulous. 'Good sized rooms with a lot of room and property amenities. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use everything! The parking was a bit tricky but the staff were helpful in helping out. Pretty close to Beppu station as well. '

'The receptionists were very nice and helpful. They provided us with explanations of what we should visit and how indem (thermal bath) should be used. Everything was clean. There was a slight odor in the room coming from wooden furniture, although it wasn’t disturbing. The breakfast was great and very tasty (we could choose a Japanese or European breakfast).
