'The check-in process was a nightmare. This hotel has elected not to staff their front desk after evening hours. I used a kiosk just off their porch to check myself in with some assistance from a remote operator. Once my credentials past inspection, I was asked to create my own room key cards. The instructions provided were not specific and the key cards did not work. There was no online help available using the kiosk; once the original operator had signed off I had no way of contacting him...

'Check in was super easy and the condo was clean and well laid out and is in a good location. We ended up being 3 which was great, but for the max occupancy (6) it would be a squeeze. '

'Needs updated. Kitchen was very tight with seating. The couch bed barely made it out without hitting the counter. Steal barstools very uncomfortable but understandable due to the small space. Overall everything works. Location is perfect for easy exiting the build to go straight to ballhooter lift. We were able to come in for lunch very easily. '

'Loved this condo and all the amenities that Silver Creek has to offer. Clean, well maintained and everything delivered as advertised! Frank was super responsive. It had ample space, a full kitchen and comfortable beds! The balcony was nice to get a view of the pool and check out the temperatures for layering up! Enjoyed and we will be back!'
