'Overall the villa is nice but it’s a bit tired and could do with some updating. The pillows were really uncomfortable and there were no bowls at all for breakfast cereal etc. I don’t think the pool is cleaned enough, two out of the three of us have ear infections which may well be a result of swimming in it. 'We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind.
