'We had an excellent time at the farm. The farm was quite new and very clean, the right size for young kids to roam around and watch the animals. You can smell the rosemary and lavender from the garden. The breakfast is fresh and tasty and the people who serve us are very warm. The estate guard dog Kony is super friendly and my kids loved playing with her. The Arcadia is a mountainous area which is very different from other more popular Greek destinations. They were not a lot of choices...

'Maria was beyond amazing. She helped us with a dire medical emergency. The lovely apartment is very private, crystal clear pool, comfy furnishing. Highly recommend this for a very remote but beautiful stay on Naxos'

'Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο.'

'Casa di George è un piccolo paradiso sulla montagna con un’atmosfera pacifica e senza tempo, come già Ikaria si presta ad essere. George è stato super disponibile con noi, ci ha anche suggerito alcuni posti e venuto in aiuto quando chiedevamo lui qualcosa e a volte anche prima che lo chiedessimo! la casa non è vicina alle zone più movimentate dell’isola, ma se scegliete questo posto stare certi che vi troverete tanto bene e che vedrete cieli stellati super limpidi, tramonti mozzafiato E vivrete...

'The property really is as it is shown. It is located far away from the crowdy towns, but close enough to the small, fabulous small villages. But you will need a car to get there.Contact with the owner is very good. Any questions are answered at once.Probably not the best place if you travel with children, but without I can't imagine a better one.Absolute fantastic!'

'Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Haus und Grundstück haben alles was man braucht um sich zu erholen. Nur in der Küche würde man sich das eine oder andere Utensil mehr wünschen. Im Garten gibt es Oliven, Wein, Birnen, Feigen, Zitronen und Granatäpfel. Wenn man zur richtigen Zeit da ist, kann man reife Früchte ernten. Das Haus liegt etwas im Hinterland. Man braucht also ein Auto. Dann kann man aber problemlos seine Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen machen.'

'Der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und einfach! Noch nie wurden wir so freundlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön mit dem besten Ausblick, den man sich vorstellen kann. Man konnte sogar auf das Dach und hatte einen 360Grad Ausblick. Der Sonnenuntergang ist umwerfend! 'This house is a special place. I would highly recommend it! It is on a high mountain side in a village surrounded by olive groves. The town and the people are so welcoming and friendly that you'll feel like you grew up there. 'We had a fantastic week. If you're after privacy and away from the busy tourist areas, then villa Jokasta will deliver. The villa lived up to to it's description and did not disappoint. A hire/rental car is essential, and the roads to villa are an adventure. But, once at the villa the drive is soon forgotten.A small maintenance issue with 1 of the toilets. But as there are 3 bathrooms in the villa it really wasn't an inconvenience. An email to the owner to report the problem received a reply...

"I had the most amazing stay at this property. Everything was absolutely top notch from start to finish. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained and even better than the photos. The location was perfect: peaceful yet close enough to everything I needed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure every detail was taken care of, which made the whole experience feel effortless and relaxing. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
