Cottages in Kreta

'We werden verwelkomd met vers brood, verse eieren van eigen kippen, fruit en groente, Daarbij waren vele andere lekkere dingen aanwezig die we mochten gebruiken. De huiskamer is heel comfortabel, koel, groot, heel gezellig en voorzien van WiFi. Telefoonbereik heb je buiten op het terras. Er zijn een aantal terrassen, één voor ontbijt en diner, te bereiken vanuit de keuken, één voor 's middags en nog een paar voor rust of koelte. De goed doordachte eetkeuken is prettig voorzien van vele gemakken....

'Wir waren 16 Tage in dem Ferienhaus und waren zufrieden. Die Gastfreundschaft war 100% Top. Immer zu erreichen! Es war auch mal schön einfach einen Tag im Haud zu bleiben und die Ruhe im Garten zu genießen. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern dort, 1,2 und 3 Jahre alt. Da dort sehr viel dekoriert ist war das das einzige was uns den Urlaub ein wenig erschwert hat. 'We (my wife and I) came from Heraklion in Stavies at 22:00. Before, we had contact via SMS and sent a message to the contact person Doris that we should arrive within 15 minutes. She was waiting for us and showed the way to 'our' house. That was a good start! We hired the house for 10 days. 'On recommande vivement cette maison pour passer un agréable et authentique séjour en Crète.Manos, le propriétaire, nous a fait un super accueil avec des produits locaux et un livret qui regroupe plusieurs endroits très beaux pour découvrir l'île.Concernant la maison, le point fort est l'extérieur avec la piscine entourée de plantes et d'arbres (citronnier et palmier) ainsi qu'un très bel olivier. 'We had a lovely stay at this quiet and peaceful traditional house. It was ideally located for us to explore Crete further, and very close to walk to the beach, which was an added bonus. The house is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the Owners were very kind, helpful and hospitable. It would be ideal for a couple who want peace and space, and also a small family. We shall return.'

'We stayed here for 11 nights in June and it was fabulous. We were greeted with a homemade moussaka which was a nice surprise. The property is spacious and the roof terraces (3 of them) were fantastic. The beach is just a pleasant 5 minutes walk (and there's a bar on the way). The owners were friendly and very helpful.'
