« The room is spacious and clean. The only issue is with the microwave. A lot of food splatters from previous guesses made me have to clean up before heating my food. »

« The staff was great, however housekeeping is lacking. We booked a king suite for three nights and our original room was pretty dirty. Brown splatter on the bathroom door and brown splatter in the grout of the bathroom floor and under the vanity. Black mold around the ceiling vent. We did get moved to a different room however it was smaller than our original room. The staff was accommodating as possible, and did move us to a nice very large room our last night. Breakfast was okay. Pool was okay....

« Spa en panne eau de la piscine gelée, lingerie en panne, poubelles non vidées le personnel ne gère aucun de ses problèmes et le petit dejeuner est très compliqué lors de la commande et quand l'assiette arrive ce n'est pas bon, tout ça pour 250 euros la nuit c'est lamentable autant aller dans le motel du coin ! on pensait se faire plaisir ca restera le raté du voyage »
