'Some rooms have no view, and we have had to change for a better one, without any problems. The hotel is very close to the Harbour and a few minutes downtown. Easy parking too. Good restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not our first stay in this hotel and if we visit Kodiak again, we surely try to stay there! '

'Close to downtown, right on the channel, beautiful views, essentials many other home owners won’t provide to out-of-town/state renters such as sugar, paper towels, napkins… even grains, homemade jam and packets of oatmeal. Very comfortable home, quiet neighborhood with frequent passes by seals and sea otters. Loved it and would highly recommend. '
