'We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Shortly after check-in, my daughter was the first to arrive and, while turning on lights throughout the house, saw a large rat run across the room. We immediately contacted the property manager, and someone came out and appeared surprised, referring to it as a “mouse.” We were told it was likely due to rural living and possibly because a door had been left open by housekeeping.
