'This was such a beautiful place right on the water and so close to town and many restaurants. 10/10 I’d stay here again. It was my honeymoon and of course I got sick but the 5 days we were here was absolutely wonderful. Romez was awesome as well always a text away if we needed anything. Kim was awesome and always responded quickly with communication before we had arrived.'

'The beds in both rooms were great. We enjoy a firmer bed so they were just perfect. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store at the bottom of the hill and you can take a short taxi to additional options. The owners and management team were very thoughtful with the additional amenities within the unit!! We cooked breakfast and two dinners and had all the utensils. The coffee options were amazing!!'

'My husband and I booked Caramel by the Sea for our honeymoon. We wanted something private with a pool and this home did not disappoint. The views from the pool and back wraparound deck were phenomenal. The interior with the wood and high ceilings was beautiful. It was really helpful to have a greeter meet us at our jeep rental and show us the way to the house. Chef Ted lives below but we only saw him once and he was very personable. The house has everything you could need. Gorgeous kitchen....

'The kitchen and main dining room area were amazing. It was nice that it was all big one open space so you could connect together. It was nice that they had left over items like spices or condiments so that we didnt have to purchase those. The pool was incredible and the beds were sooo comfortable. '

Renting a Jeep is a requirement, not and option, to get to the villa, the beaches and the restaurants. The grocery in Cruz Bay has everything you'd need and there are two just down the hill in Coral Bay that have most things as well. The beaches are amazing! Maho, Truck, and Cinnamon are all in the National Forest area and only...

'Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things...

'Our stay was amazing and David, Julie, and Kelley were great to work with. The last day the water went out and David was there within 30 minutes to fix it. Kelley greeted us at Cruz Bay and even helped us transport our luggage to the house. She also set up a day trip to the BVIs which was amazing.This house was perfect for our group of 13 people. The view from the pool was amazing and we were able to open the patio sliding doors for a full ocean breeze while in the living room. There are mini-split air conditioners in every bedroom.
