'The location was wonderful. Pool clean and fun. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only drawback I would touch on is that our room was for four guests but the second bed was a pull out couch that was not comfortable. For kids maybe since they typically can sleep anywhere but adults not so much. '

'Toen we ons meldden bij de receptie was men niet op de hoogte van onze reservering bij Hotels.com. Er was ons geen reserveringsnummer (6 digits) van het hotel zelf bekend, alleen het nummer van Hotels.com, hetgeen onbekend was bij het hotel. Dàt was een teleurstelling. Dat ze daarna nog een kamer voor ons hadden was wel fijn, voor hetzelfde bedrag en hetzelfde type als in de reservering.'

'Our stay at Bluebeards was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities in the room were more than expected and the room was both clean and comfortable. I felt that staff went above and beyond assisting us with transportation and making sure all needs were met. I would absolutely return and recommend this facility highly! '

'The rooms were spacious, with sufficient storage in the wardrobe. Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was more than adequate, and the shower functioned properly. I was satisfied with these aspects. The room had a north-facing balcony, which I had specifically requested as it was cheaper. The service at the hotel, however, was not very efficient and not always helpful, and it was slow. For breakfast, you could choose to pay €18 or €23. The breakfast was acceptable...

'Beautiful and secluded location, rooms impeccable as to be expected with this kind of pricing. But service.... finally we found a hotel that understands what service means and what it does to its customers. We received personal attention, from valet parking service, the check in was welcoming like a warm bath, the fabulous concierge who was extremely helpful in arranging dinner, etc... in one word the service was fantastic.'

'Kamer werd elke dag schoon gemaakt, als je dat wilt, bed opgemaakt. Geen uitzicht op zee hadden wij, die kamers zijn er wel. Personeel hard werkend en vriendelijk. We hebben hier leuk contact gehad met verschillende werknemers. We zaten in een Courtyard Room wat betekende dat we erg veel meekregen van de activiteiten. Wat niet altijd gewild of gewenst was, denk aan harde muziek van de live band of karaoke.'
