'The location was wonderful. Pool clean and fun. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only drawback I would touch on is that our room was for four guests but the second bed was a pull out couch that was not comfortable. For kids maybe since they typically can sleep anywhere but adults not so much. '

Er was ons geen reserveringsnummer (6 digits) van het hotel zelf bekend, alleen het nummer van Hotels.com, hetgeen onbekend was bij het hotel. Dàt was een teleurstelling. Dat ze daarna nog een kamer voor ons hadden was wel fijn, voor hetzelfde bedrag en hetzelfde type als in de reservering.'

'This place is absolutely stunning. One of the best views I saw on the entire island. Nothing beats walking out of a nice room to a beautiful ocean front balcony. The staff were insanely accommodating. Provided coolers, towels, ice, chairs, etc. If I return to this island, I will 100% be staying here again. Room is cleaned every day and water bottles replenished. No complaints.'

'The ocean view was beautiful. The room was very spacious like an apartment. The manager, was very attentive and nice. They Hotel is under new management and they are making improvements so one day, when they put a pool in, it will be even better! The beaches are free so not having a pool wasn’t a problem. '

'The rooms were spacious, with sufficient storage in the wardrobe. Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was more than adequate, and the shower functioned properly. I was satisfied with these aspects. The room had a north-facing balcony, which I had specifically requested as it was cheaper. The service at the hotel, however, was not very efficient and not always helpful, and it was slow. For breakfast, you could choose to pay €18 or €23. The breakfast was acceptable...

'Enjoyed our stay at The Cove! The property is currently undergoing renovations. What has been completed LOOKS GREAT. Our room was very clean but unfinished. Room definitely needs more lighting and storage. No TV service, even after getting assistance to get online. AC unit in the room, unfortunately the last night, failed.
