Flats in Kissimmee

'This was a great place to stay, close to Disney, plenty of room for our family and a great price. We did not use any of the amenities like the workout room or the pool, we were in the parks most of the time during our stay. The only problem we had was one morning around 7:30 AM. Someone from the staff opened our door while we were still in bed which was a little frightening and put us on edge the rest of our visit. I called the front desk and they said they don’t have any record of anyone...

Ook een kleine patio aan de achterkant en een balkon boven. Ligging is ideaal ten opzichte van de pretparken en andere bezienswaardigheden. Het is eeen gated community met 24 uur bewaking en een toegangshek, dit is ook een pluspunt.'

'Such a lovely property. The 2 bedrooms were more than enough for our family of 4. Everything was exactly as described. Great location for the unit, central to both pools (neither of which was very busy) with a beautiful fountain/pond to overlook and enjoy while having morning coffee on the screened in patio. The gated complex is quiet and close to endless choices for dining/shopping. Easy drive to Disney. The owners are wonderful- can’t go wrong staying here.'

'Kevin was a superb host. He always answered immediately with questions and requests. He was always friendly and helpful. The condo was beautiful and clean. Better than we expected and just as pictured! The highchair was used and helpful for my 11 month old grandson. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, whether it was in the condo, the store there, or getting instacart orders. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful pool and small waterpark. It was great to be able to get well cooked...

'It was a special weekend with old friends and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location is very convenient, the apartment is clean and spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breeze sitting on the screened in porch. The view of the moss lined trees overlooking the blooming lily pads in the pond was picture perfect. I cant say enough good things about the gracious host. She was responsive and professional. The beds were as comfortable as could be and the apartment was nicely...

'It was a perfect base for our stay - location-wise it's pretty unbeatable in its proximity to DisneyWorld, and nestled as it is in a large, well-maintained and quiet gated complex (bigger than I realized) . I enjoyed waking to the sound of the fountain on the lake, and loved the pool area for its quiet (but a great playlist though!) and cleanliness. Only suggestions would be allowing an earlier check in time as the line to check in was backed out onto the highway and the a/c had an override that kept changing back to 80.'

The property was close to the Disney parks, which was our main need. This space met our needs for our family, and the main living spaces were very cute. I read in another review about the darkness of one of the bedrooms and it was very accurate… great for kids who need to sleep, but difficult to see anything in there. We didn’t need it , but...

'Apartment couldn’t be in a better location with a Super Walmart just 2 min away with gas station and other restaurant and business just a few miles on 192. About 10min from Disney it was a perfect place to stay. The apartment has everything you would need for a Disney stay, it even has a high chair which was perfect for our 18month old.'
