Bedroom #5 includes 2 twin size beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

This home also includes two additional full bathrooms; one with a dual vanity and walk-in shower, the second is Jack-and-Jill style with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Access to the home’s lower level requires use of the exterior staircase and entryway.
• Driveway and carport parking available for 6 vehicles. No street parking.
• This home is equipped with (1) external security camera located at the breezeway actively monitoring the carport.
• Boat & Jet Ski Slip: There is one covered boat dock with lift and one jet ski ramps available for guest use. The lift is only for smaller inboard/outboard boats - large wake surf or wakeboard boats Not allowed on lift. The maximum boat length and weight that will fit on boat lift is 20' and 3,500lbs. The covered boat dock with lift that has a boat on it is Not available to guests.
