'Needed to spend a night in the Rancho Cucamonga/Upland area. Location is great, plenty of parking and quick access to Foothill Blvd. and area freeways. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean and exceedingly quiet. Very pleased with my stay and would gladly use for longer visits in the future.'

'Upon booking, it listed free breakfast (continental). There was not. There were items for purchase, however, part of decision factors of where we book are reliant on continental breakfast since we travel for dance competitions and oftentimes, they start early in the mornings. So having it available is important in determining where to book. '

'The hotel did not advertise that they are under construction. I arrived in the evening and they allowed me to check in without informing me. After receiving payment then they told me. An hour later once i viewed the place i told the desk i wanted to check out because i was not comfortable there. They refused me a refund, but I thought that the false advertisement allowed me a refund. I did not stay more than an hour but they received payment for 4 nights. This is just a fraudulent process and...

'There were ZERO ammeneties in the room...I mean nothing but a T.V. There was no fridge, no microwave, NOT EVEN AN ALARM CLOCK. I had to go down to the lobby to get coffee. The.lobby is ALSO the "continental breakfast" area. We ended up finding an IHOP to find a decent breakfast. The hotel WAS clean, rooms were clean, parking area was clean. And.we felt safe.'
