My girlfriend’s DoorDash order was delivered to the wrong room and when I went to get her money back, I was threatened with violence. I was then chased through the parking lot by one of those men along with the night auditor the night auditor name is Quan He’s at least 6 foot five and the following day because I called the police to get our money back. ...

'This is a very older motel with I am sure with original furniture. The pillows on the bed very flat! The lamps questionable if you can turn them off or on and stay. Minimal outlets. No continental breakfast, there is coffee sometimes, the culligan style water bottle is room temperature in the lobby. Did not go into the pool area. Had to check to be the toilet so it was not continuous run. Did not need to use the shower in the room. I believe the upper level rooms are rented. The staff people...

'Convenient location'

'My room did not have a hair dryer. I went to the front desk and no one was there. I called the front desk from my cell phone (room phone didnt work) and no one answered. I went to plan B for my hair which was not ideal. The shower was at best lukewarm. I tried to wait to see if it would warm up over time but that didnt work; only got colder.walls are also thin! Bed was very comfortable and zi am not that picky!'

'Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.'
