'Very nice condo in a fantastic location, walking distance to Snowshed & Ram's Head, though the shuttle out front is the best option. My daughter and I were pleased with the condo, had a fully stocked kitchen and had just about everything one would want for a comfortable stay. Building itself is definitely older and undergoing some level of exterior renovations, though no work was being completed while we were there. Owner was very responsive to questions about skiing and our plans. We are happy...

'Communication with Simple Vacation team was timely and complete. I asked a few questions through text and they responded quickly. The location was perfect at Pico. Everything we needed was there. We made breakfast each day and it felt as if we were home. We made a fire each night and was very comfy watching TV with a fire going. Being critical, we couldn’t find kitchen towels to utilize. Other than that, it was a flawless stay. If the unit was for sale. I’d consider buying it. '
