The Farmhouse at Killington is a modern, two room condo that will sleep up to 6 people and features a gas fireplace, dining area with seating for six, kitchen island, large smart TVs with streaming services, Amazon Alexa voice assistant, smart lights, stainless steel appliances, the "Cadillac" of showers, sliding barn doors, and much more.

• We may have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check-in. Your smart lock code will appear in your Boarding Pass two hours before check-in.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (Memorial Day to mid-September) from 8 AM to 8 PM.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• Important Water Information: The building's regulated well-water system is regularly tested. Under the current posted notice, bottled water must be used for drinking, cooking, and all other consumption-related purposes; complimentary bottled water is provided in every unit. Tap water may be used for showering, washing, and other non-consumption uses. The notice relates to naturally occurring radium and manganese levels, which are monitored and may change over time.
