Family Visit

Condo was perfect for us! Loved the screened in porch….it felt like being in a tree house! The pond it overlooks is full of wildlife including alligators. The bridge and pike paths are surrounded by beauty and nature. Inside was beautifully updated and well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Would love to return again!

Both fairly large in the kitchen and bathroom.

The key box would not work and the first call said send an email. The second call gave a different number which worked, Another 15 min. I had reqquested a first floor unit received a second floor unit. A month before I noticed a $ 113.00 charge on my Visa. I called the number was told that was a charge for the reservation. You have to be kidding! Never Again

We were so pleased to discover your one bedroom villa near Turtle Beach was just a nice as the pictures make it look. Clean, brights, perfectly quiet location, with a nice screened in porch overlooking the lagoon...& alligators. We appreciated the rental credit, which allowed us to have bikes readily available. We thoroughly enjoyed biking the paths and the beach. A bike ride to the Ocean Course for lunch is an absolute must! As others have already said, the bed is firm. However, everything else about this Villa make it worth it. We will be back!

We played golf and ate at Turtle Point and Cougar Point, unfortunately as we were not booked through the Kiawah Resort, discounts were not applicable (15%) on already expensive charges. Our apartment overlooked one of the ponds and we enjoyed watching the varied wildlife including alligators! Apartment was modern and well appointed. Would have been helpful for a map of the resort to be in the apartment - we got one when hiring bikes.

The condo is a pleasant, short bike ride to the beach, where rental umbrellas and chairs are located. The condo is nicely furnished and was very clean. I would suggest someone work on the deadbolt lock, as it was very difficult to open. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Beautiful, clean condo.

Beautiful, clean condo. Appears to have been rectory remodeled. We loved renting bikes to enjoy the bike paths and riding to the beach. The screened in porch was a delightful place to have morning coffee.

Nicely renovated 1 bedroom villa in Turtle Cove. Nice morning light on the back porch and comfortable furnishings. Extra bonus from the active Osprey nest outside the front door. Got to watch parent deliver a fish for mid day meal.

Clean, pleasant, lovely stay

Overall, the property was super clean and comfortable. Looks like the photos. Nice bed, pleasant decor, porch overlooking a pond. Easy access to whatever we needed on Kiawah. It is smallish but still roomy enough for two people to be comfortable and we stayed for 2 weeks. The closet/drawer space was sufficient and there was plenty of room for storage in the bathroom. Potential renters who do a lot of cooking should be aware that the kitchen is minimally stocked and more 'basic' compared to many kitchens we've seen in Kiawah rentals...e.g., just a few and mismatched wine glasses, no spatula or spaghetti fork or workable ice cream scoop, tiny colander, etc. There was also limited space to store non-refrigerated food. Of course, if you don't cook much, no problem! (And easy to fix in any regard.)

When we weren't on beach, we were on the screened porch which overlooked one of the ponds. The description doesn't mention it, but the bed is a King. Appliances all looked new and everything was in good working order, including the A/C.
