This is the perfect location if you are looking to be central to everything on Kiawah! It is literally a one minute walk to the beach, about five minutes or so from the nest and Night Heron (that has nightly activities during the summer months for children) and maybe a 10 minute walk from the sanctuary! « We booked a last minute weekend getaway to the beach! This was a great villa at Kiawah Island. We really enjoyed the villa and the short walk to the beach! We also enjoyed the scenic view from the villa. We had a Great Blue Heron that stayed by the pond right out side the back of the villa. The furnishing and well-stocked kitchen were great! It was a short trip, but fun and enjoyable! We look forward to booking this villa again and hopefully planning on staying longer next time, but if not, we...

« We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah. The villa was very comfortable and clean. The owners are great communicators and return messages fast. Recommended for couples since there is one bedroom, although there is a pull down bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking simple meals or snacks. Good supply of ice. »
