'Beautiful unit and surrounding resort. Clean and luxurious. We loved the glassed-in balcony overlooking the pool, palm trees, and ocean. Perhaps quite a few parts of the unit could use some maintenance, repair, or replacement. For example: the HVAC closet door was in bad shape and not closing properly; the towel/toilet paper holders had silver and gold parts, the latter of which were showing rust/wear/fading, unlike the better-quality shower components whose silver and gold parts still looked...

'This property is at least a 20-year old single wide mobile home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space are very small. The ceilings are 7-feet high and claustrophobic. While the home was very clean on arrival, and the staff was friendly, the home is showing signs of wear and disrepair. The ceilings are definitely cracking and in need of repair. The television remote control would not adjust the audio volume, and I had to call management. While a pleasant young man did arrive...

'Great spot with a lot for the kids to do. It was quiet at night. My only complaint is the mosquitos! They were terrible but they were pretty terrible every where we went in Key Largo.'

'This is by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the boat driver, Captain Ryan. The ride over was easy and quick. We rode with 1 other couple and the captain helped everyone aboard, with a hand and carried our luggage aboard. He had a very friendly demeanor. He had knowledge of the wildlife in the area and told us to keep an eye out for manatee and dolphins, which we saw within a 1/2 hour of being dropped off.
