Short walking distance from John Pennekamp Park, dive shops, bars, restaurants and marina; or just take the Golf Cart or the cruising bikes on tour. This relaxing home is contemporary & immaculate. We appreciate neat and respectful renters who will keep our Keysee decor and home, as nice and taken care of, as they find it.
The 2 story open floor plan. Both floors have Large Flat Screen TV's & surround sound. The entire home is automated, high speed wifi, Can be controlled from multiple manual wall switches or through Alexa voice control.
Upstairs, High end new kitchen appliances, large dining table & counter bar seating, with convenient half bath on 2nd floor. Master Suite boast a King size Sleep Number bed, en suite bathroom with vanity table, tub with a unique electronic heated massage bidet/toilet.
Downstairs includes a large game-room with Billiard/Air Hockey/Ping Pong table. The downstairs is spacious with two separate bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other with a lower full & upper twin bunk bed. A dual sink vanity and separate private shower/toilet bathroom.
The backyard faces the swimming laguna. Your own Private Dock behind the home. Small ramp for paddle boards and kayaks. Outside patio seating, with barbecue grill & outside shower.
Provided FREE OF CHARGE, 1 GOLF CART, 2 NEW (3/24/2024) TWO PERSON KAYAK, 1 TWO PERSON CLEAR KAYAK & 2 SINGLE PERSON KAYAKS, 2 SUP PADDLE BOARDS & 1 TWO PERSON DINGHY. There are plenty of fish & lobsters to snorkel with at the dock. The Laguna is also a haven for friendly manatees that enjoy belly rubs. Relax in the outside 6 man Jacuzzi while grilling on the barbecue and listening to your favorite tunes on the outdoor speakers from your Alexa. Kick your feet up and lounge in the lazy hammock!

You can rent our 23' Hurricane Deck boat that's parked at the home. $400/4hr, $550 all day, $900 two days, $1,200 for three days and $1,500 for five days. With all the rentals, we include a free 1 hour tour with of area and local waters.

You can rent one or both of our band new 1-3 person Yamaha Jetski from your own backyard. Its billed at $150 per RUNNING Hour each.
