'Clean place rooms very clean the staff is extremely accommodating and the location is wonderful quiet area even tho its in a small town I highly recommend Grey Swan. They went out of there way for me to assist me and my personal needs. Best place i have ever stayed i am 64 thats a long list to be at the top of being the best place ever. Met some iteresting people who also stayed at the Grey Swan.'

'Complex dient gerenoveerd te worden en is absoluut geen Plus. Badkamer smerig en geen ventilatie! Ontbijt zeer beperkt. Zwembad staat op de parkeerplaats (zie je niet op de foto) en er waren slecht een ligbed en drie kapotte stoelen aanwezig en veel rotzooi door volle afvalbakken. Personeel was aardig. '

'Tried to charge me for a room I already paid for. Then tried to charge me a $20 pet fee when the Hotels.Com site specifically said $10. Room was FILTHY, baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains and scuffs all over walls. Left me one tiny bar of soap that was literally smashed in the package into crumbs. Water was barely above room temp and took a good 5 minutes to warm at all.
