Our hosts were very kind, and put generous effort into providing delicious breakfasts, giving suggestions about local attractions, and allowing us as much or as little cat time as we wanted. The room we were in was very cozy, with a comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches such as a water kettle for tea or coffee, a small fridge, and a TV setup we didn’t take advantage of. 'The Inn is situated near the top of a mountain and surrounded by other hilltops. There are trails that help you to reconnect with nature. Our room was lovely and comfortable. There is a attention to detail in the decor of this establishment which is both delightful and humorous.'

She not only cooks really amazing breakfast but she was so helpful when I wanted to check out the town. Her house is really truly beautiful and the lake is a little walk away from the house. 'We were looking for a bit more of a fall getaway spot while visiting our son at UMASS. This b&b is a 40 minute drive away but it’s a beautiful drive. It’s also very close to the boarder of vermont and new hampshire. Lots of great hiking near by. Great bbQ nearby in millers falls. Joan & Steve were very nice hosts. 'This was an adorable little inn in a very cute little town. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, the room was well stocked, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Unfortunately, almost everything in the adorable town of Chester seems to be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, so if you come mid-week I recommend picking up sandwiches or something in a neighboring town and enjoying the cute outdoor space (picnic tables) around the inn.'
