'Extremely poor communication. The property was not ready on our check in date so we had to delay our arrival with significant inconvenience and little empathy from the owner. The property was very clean on the inside but was not as well kept outside as one would expect. Exterior pictures are deceiving. Location is awesome. We still have not be able to receive our refund for the one night. The owner is not responding to me at all and VRBO and Expedia just keep referring me back to the owner....

'We had a wonderful stay with all our family. The house is well situated in a beautiful area with a great view. The pool is fantastic! The fire pit, the sauna and outdoor set up are great. We were all very disappointed that we could not use the hot tub as the water was not clean. As for the house itself: it is very nicely furnished and well decorated. All the bedrooms, and living rooms were beautifully furnished. Kitchen was well stocked. Windows need better coverings. Great house overall.'
