'The property itself is beautiful and everything went smoothly at first. However, there were significant issues that impacted our overall experience. We saw multiple roaches in the unit, which was concerning from the start. On our last evening, the unit flooded due to an adjacent rooms problem. We had maintenance in and out for several hours, disrupting our evening. While the issue was eventually addressed, there was no meaningful compensation for the time we were impacted, no move to another...

'Dave's home was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. It was very clean as well. We woke up each morning to see the sunrise and loved every second of being there. Dave was also very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. 'Was nice to have the kitchen and full size fridge. The facilities are paet residents, local company housing, walls and floprs are thin so heaby steps and closet open close.can be hear between units. Convenient location. We had a 2 bedroom/two bath so lots of space.for 2 adults. two kids, sofa bed available too. Javing washsr dryer in unit was also very helpful.'
