Location, location, location! Top level, Oceanfront, Beachfront, 2 Minute walk to Old Town Kapa'a, next to the Kauai's Coastline Bike Path (Ke Ala Hele Makalae ) and A/C! The minute you walk in you will be mesmerized by the sweeping views of the Coconut Coast. As our second home we have made it comfortable w/ Caspar King beds, a super well- equipped kitchen and even beach accessories! This condo is halfway between Poipu and Princeville making travel easy. This is our Paradise. Enjoy!

Our stay was amazing! The unit was amazing! The location is perfect, centrally located on the east side for getting to activities on either nirth or south sides of the island. When we come again we will definitely try to stay in this unit again!

A perfect stay for our family of 6. I appreciated the quality of the furnishings and the well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, even the pullout in the loft. Communication with the owners was easy. The oceanfront location was amazing—we watched whales spouting and waving from our balcony. I appreciated that even though the balcony was tight we had seats for 6 out there. The resort property is lovely and well-cared for. We love the town of Kapaa and walked there often—food trucks, coffee and shaved ice. It’s also central on the coast making other destinations easier to access. We would be happy to return!

Great location! The condo is well appointed with an amazing view, and the resort it is in, is well maintained and has many amenities if you like to hang out at the resort. We could walk to Old Town Kapa'a in 5 minutes for several bars and restaurants, an ABC store and plenty of souvenir shopping. There is a Safeway 5 min drive from resort. It was centrally located on island to hit all major attractions both North Shore and down to Waimea, Poipu & Koloa. The airport was a 15 min drive depending on traffic, of course. There was great communication with the owner at all times. We would be fortunate to stay here again when returning!!!

Everything was good except maybe a better mattress for the pull out bed in the loft and let people know if they r using the ac that they will not be on the lanai with hot air plowing on them when it runs would have been nice to have a fan out there the hosts were great quick to respond always pleasant had a good stay view was excellent

The host provided excellent communication before and throughout the stay. The home was immaculate, had every amenity imaginable, was comfortable. I'd be hard pressed to say we've had a better VBRO and we've had many! I'd go back to this VRBO without any hesitation.

The best part of this condo is watching the wales play, right from the balcony! The little beach area steps from the home is a perfect place to lounge and play with kids. It’s centrally located with so much right within walking distance. The perfect little paradise! We’ll be back!

This condo is amazing!! My family (5 of us) enjoyed our stay very much. Hosts were very quick to respond to our questions. Place was very clean and right on the water. Resort grounds were beautiful with so much to do! On our down time (rainy day) we played ping pong, crockett and horseshoes. We will definitely be back!!

There were several amenities that came in handy during our stay- we enjoyed the fold-out chairs while watching the beautiful sunrise! The house was perfect for us. The beach was so close we opened our windows to listen to the ocean at night. This was the vacation of a lifetime, my husband and I with our two grown children and their spouses. I would highly recommend this rental. I asked Brooke and Betsy what the one thing is we should not miss. We took their advice, and it was everyone's favorite adventure of the whole trip.

Amenities in this condo were above and beyond thoughtful... Finally a vacation rental with attention to important details like quality mattresses for a good night sleep, extra supplies including paper products, spices & beach going necessities. Comfortable upgrades & amazing views. The only downside was the laundry not in the unit but accessible to the building as a whole. But a minor inconvenience in the whole of this rental. Easy access to a beautiful beach, walking trail and amenities.

LOCATION

This was a wonderful condo. The location was close to the beach, slops and restaurants. The condo was clean, well stocked with beach chairs and everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. The Air Conditioner works amazing. The view from the balcony while we ate our breakfast was picturesque Thanks for making our 25 wedding anniversary a memorable celebration.

Everything we needed in a great location!

Loved the thoughtfulness throughout this condo- every beach item we could possibly need, lots of towels, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for our group of 5. The teenagers enjoyed having their own space upstairs, which even has a little mini fridge. This is the first time we have stayed in a top floor unit which we enjoyed. The view is beautiful and it was very quiet, no noisy neighbors upstairs. Great location at the Pono Kai with all the fun amenities there. We regularly used the beach path for biking, walks, and going to the bridge for fishing. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and food trucks. I can’t say enough great things about this unit. Book it and you won’t be disappointed!

Beau grand appartement, très bien situé

Beau séjour, en groupe, (6 personnes de ma famille et amies). L’appartement est grand, très propre, bien situé, et dispose d’un garde robe bien garni en équipements de plage (palmes, tubas, chaises, parasols, etc). La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée aussi. L’arrivée s’est très bien passée. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du village et de la piste multifoncionnelle. Bref, un magnifique séjour! La seule chose qui nous a un peu manqué c’est d’avoir plus d’espace sur le balcon. Il est bien meublé et 6 personnes peuvent s’assoir mais c’est trop coincé pour pouvoir manger à 6 dehors.
