'Very nice place, and Princeville is lovely! When planning for meals note that while there is technically everything you need to cook, it is not a full kitchen with an oven or stove. The host was great, quick to respond, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay!'

'This is a real gem! The house is very spacious and decorated with lots and lots of great beach and surf items. Vintage books, prints etc for a really authentic feel. Everything you could possibly want or need is there, from kitchen appliances to beachgear. Contact with the host Victoria was very smooth and she made us feel very welcome wtih attentive details. The unit is conveniently located in the beginning of princeville with a great pool pretty much next to the unit. Would highly recommend...

'The pictures on site about display does not do it justice. It is simply spectacular. A huge living room and a balcony overlooking the ocean was the cherry on top. The most comfortable bed slept in. Everything was just perfect. Angel our host was truly an angel with the booking check-in and check out. The gardens, a pleasure and the café is a must. A downside I would say is needing to drive to the pool but once we got there, it was again amazing. The pool with its waterfall, hot tub and cold...

'We absolutely loved our stay at Cameron's place - Nestled in a chill resort area and easy access to a walking path to both nearby Shipwreck and Poipu beach areas (my fav part). Didn't use the pool or hot tub, but took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Thanks Cameron! Hope we get to visit again soon!'

'This is a terrific ground level studio unit next to the parking. It is well maintained. The host was very responsive when we had a small issue with the shower head and he replaced it with an amazing unit you will enjoy. Hanalei Bay Resort (HBR) has been a special vacation place for us for nearly 40 years. While the Bali Hai restaurant is not up and running again, they do serve pizza which was pretty good. For some reason the jets in the HBR hot tub were not operating.'

The room itself, as others have noted, could use some upgrades. Lots of scuffs along walls and baseboards, lumpy pillows, wobbly end tables, mid-range amenities (towels, soaps, etc.).
