'I chose the King with balcony and plaza view. The photo on Expedia showed a balcony with a table and two chairs on a walkout balcony. The only reason I chose this hotel was for that. When I entered the room and opened the patio door there was a massive spider web with a large spider in the doorway and no walkout balcony. I texted the concierge to let her know and she said she would move my room. She was kind enough, but she put me back into the same style of room which was even worse because it...
