'Heard a crash, it was the AC coming through the ceiling…power outage at 9pm for a good 30 minutes. Hotel overall is in poor shape. This is the “best” in town. Be prepared for a hotel that says it has western standards but is very, very, local and is not at international standards for service, quality, food or facilities. '
