'The room was clean. Hotel staffs were very friendly. The check in process was fast as well as the check out. Really appreciate it. The bathroom amenities were more than enough. Towels were clean (like it). Water pressure and the shower was a little bit low (was in room 327). The laundry was good and clean (would be great if the hotel provided laundry bag. It was not available on My trip) Small notes on the swimming pool, found used mask leaved on the swimming pool chair / table (quite annoying)...

'Waiting for ordered drinks and food took about 1,5 hours. First dish on the table after 40 minutes. Last dish after 1,5 hours. Not what you call a familydinner.. No one approaching for an explanantion. When I mentioned it myself there was a soft sort of excuse. Rooms so so. Not 4 star experience. I will not visit again. '

Be prepared for a hotel that says it has western standards but is very, very, local and is not at international standards for service, quality, food or facilities. '

'All the male staff is very friendly and so nice. The front desk female workers doesnt seem like her jobs. Even the security at front door really nice and doing great customer service. The front desk wont tell you about your buffet if you dont ask and no information about it at all.'
