'This hotel is lease than 5 minutes walking from 筑地市场with lots of seafood and sushi stands. The market closed by 3pm so we have to go back the next day morning , they open as early as 6am. We love all the food choices we tried in the market. In the evening, we walked to shopping malls in Ginza. Super convenient location for food as well as shopping. The room size is big compare to other hotela in Tokyo. Washer and kitchen in unit is very helpful. We will stay here again next time visit Tokyo.'

'Great room, but downside was that there was a smoking area in the elevator hall. While waiting you have to endure the smell. Breakfast is not in the hotel. You need to choose from three restaurants. Breakfast is not for hungry people. '

'The hotel’s location and overall condition were decent.
However, even the front desk staff didn’t know whether breakfast was included in the reservation or not.
Despite it not being a standard room, the experience from the very first day of stay wasn’t particularly pleasant.
It seems they really need more careful and thorough staff training.
