'Only a block from the Seine! The small room was clean although the carpet under the bed was fairly dingy. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. It was a hot July week in Paris; no AC but a strong fan was provided. Travellers need to know that the room is 4 floors up a semi-spiral staircase and there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases up and down was awkward, tho' I considered it daily exercise. Unfortunately, my plane got in at 6am and instruction from the host informed that room access...

'Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.'

'Nice neighbourhood and close to the metro what makes getting around easy, apartment was clean and matched the pictures online. Check in was abit stressful due to some of it coming across in English and some in French but easily solved by using the automatic translate on the phone.'

'Fantastic Marias location. The room was everything I needed - especially for a solo traveller. About a 10 min walk to station, easy walk to lots of sites. Lots of local food shops and a supermarket 20 seconds walk away.'

'Ik had een heerlijk verblijf in deze studio in Le Marais, Het appartement was prachtig ingericht en zeer goed onderhouden, Ik waardeerde de gezellige sfeer, en de locatie kon niet beter voor het bezoeken van culturele bezienswaardigheden, Sterk aanbevolen voor kunstliefhebbers!'

'Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.'

'Goede plek om Parijs te bezoeken. Vlak bij metro en restaurantjes in de nabijheid. Appartement is goed. Slaapkamer in souterrain voelt wat benauwd aan. Staat constant een anti condens te draaien. Derde bed op gelijkvloers is niet erg comfortabel. Lakenset daarvan was niet krakend schoon. Al met al wel aan te bevelen om op een leuke manier Parijs te bezoeken!'

'Nicely located in Montmartre and close to the metro station. The Reservation team was attentive and willing to assist at all times. The property listing differed from the actual listing but at the end, it was not a big deal. Overall, it is a good place to stay.'

'Poor communication with host, heating/cooling system didn’t work well, much smaller than anticipated. Nearby area felt unsafe. Didn’t end up staying here.'

'My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. In the host’s initial check-in guidelines, it explicitly stated that check-in was not available until 3 p.m., but separately listed the key pickup hours as 7 a.m.–9 p.m. I arrived in Paris early expecting to pick up my keys based on those instructions. When I arrived, I entered the provided code multiple times, but it did not work. There was also no luggage storage available, leaving me with a large suitcase and nowhere to leave it....

'Cerca del Arc de Triumphe y de estaciones de metro y tren. La atención fue excelente en todo momento, las instalaciones muy limpias a la llegada y las instrucciones fueron muy claras. Incluso me permitieron hacer early check in. Los únicos peros es que el lugar es caluroso y el AC no funcionó aún siguiendo las instrucciones, la administración debe tomarlo en cuenta. No leí que el lugar está en primer planta y si hay algo de ruido por la gente que pasa y los vehículos. Sin embargo es buena...

'Een charmant klein studio in een fantastische locatie, We genoten van de lokale sfeer en de gemakkelijke manier om door de stad te bewegen,'
