'Good size apartment, walking distance to many sights and to shops and cafes. Very comfortable bed, apartment was nice temperature in June. The best part was the communication via messages with the management company. All of my questions were answered right away by friendly staff. Very impressed.'

'When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. '

'Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.'

'La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.'

Sie befindet sich in einem lebhaften und pulsierenden Viertel mit einfacher Anbindung an die wichtigsten U-Bahn-Linien, was sie unglaublich praktisch für die Erkundung der Stadt macht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock, also gibt es ein paar Stufen zusätzlich zum Aufzug, aber das hat mich überhaupt nicht gestört. 'Loved the apartment! Great location - metro was available around the corner but almost everything was within walking distance! The apartment itself was very roomy and loved that there was an extra powder room available. Would have appreciated an extra set of keys - it was difficult to coordinate when my daughter and I had different plans. It would have been impossible if there had been more of us.'

'Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

'Goede plek om Parijs te bezoeken. Vlak bij metro en restaurantjes in de nabijheid. Appartement is goed. Slaapkamer in souterrain voelt wat benauwd aan. Staat constant een anti condens te draaien. Derde bed op gelijkvloers is niet erg comfortabel. Lakenset daarvan was niet krakend schoon. Al met al wel aan te bevelen om op een leuke manier Parijs te bezoeken!'
