'We loved the individual attention we received when we had questions, from going to the post office we me twice, helping us with Japanese’s words, providing ideas for day trips. Very kind and helpful English speaking people.'

'The rooms were clean and very spacious for Japan we had a separate bathroom and shower area very clean and great to use massive rain showerhead and hot water we felt very welcomed and staff was super friendly and even helped us forward our luggage to our other hotel. 'Walking distance of Osaka station. Staff is ready to help.'

'Hankyu International Osaka was a luxurious experience. We enjoyed our stay in every way...the personnel is attentive and very respectful, the room is of good dimensions (double room), well maintained and decorated and with a beautiful view of Osaka (if you take the club rooms 33rd and 34th floors). The most important for me is cleanliness and yes, all was extremely clean, spotless. Also, service is outstanding in the club lounge, at breakfast restaurant Malmaison and at reception/concierge. ...

'Great location for access to the city. Hotel entrance hard to find'

'This hotel is the epitome of 1990s luxury and extremely well maintained. I appreciate it far more than modern minimalist places. No there is not a control panel to micromanage each feature of the hotel - but the rooms are spacious everything is incredibly well laid out and I appreciate not having to read a list of instructions to control the room environment. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and just to my taste but those who detest "brown furniture" might be disappointed. The staff is very...

'Very good hotel to stay. Really Nice staff, clean rooms and great bathhouse!'

'Hotelkamer was netjes en ruim. Aardig personeel. Heel fijne locatie.'

'Friendly people and big room. The cleaning in this hotel is top-notch and it's really close to the JR station.'
