'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. 'One of the most luxurious stay I’ve had. Hot springs included up to 4ppl per night of stay at oreve resort. Oreve resort residence is located at jw marriot. I had 3 bedrooms, 3bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. You can request golf cart ride from residence to spa. You can also utilize jw marriot restaurant with 15% discount. Amazing olle trail with spectacular ocean view. Felt so pampered during our stay.'
'가족들과 편안한게 2박 3일 머물다 갑니다. 리셉션에서 체크인부 터 문의시까지 항상 친절하게 응대해주셨고 마지막날 체크 아웃 이후 놔두고 온 물건이 있었는데 꼼꼼하게 전화주셔서 택배로 보내주시기까지 해서 너무 감사했습니다
다만, 조식의 경우 뷔페가 아니라 메뉴를 미리 예약해야하는 시스템이었는데 종류가 많지 않다 보니 아쉬웠고 다른 호텔처럼 카페가 내부에 없는 점도 아쉬웠습니다
