'Super mooi groot appartement.

'I have never stayed a bed and breakfast before, and Im very happy I choose this one! The whole property was nicely maintained and close to all of the fun things to do in the area. BUT my number 1 reason to recommed Serene Niagara Inn is the hosts! They were both extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed. They have a nice breakfast selection that tasted amazing. Overall it was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. Thank you guys for making it feel like a home away from home!!!'

'We had a great stay. We had a very nice We where more then welcom. '

'Goed hotel met schone kamers. Dure parking (veel goedkoper in de buurt). Kleine bagageopslagruimte (wij moesten onze koffers in de auto bewaren).'

'Absolutely an adorable B & B. The house is full of many antiques. Every inch of the house has art collections. The suite was charming and very spacious. The garden was spectacular. We sat outside and had tea one afternoon. We were there 3 nights and every morning there was a different hot breakfast. We had an opportunity to chat with the host 2 morning. They were very accommodating on the breakfast serving times.'

'Tout était parfait près des chutes salle de fitness et piscine vraiment super merci'

'Great for a stay. Just needed more heat at night for sleeping and no where to change temp with central air and only a very small space heater to help. Everything else well worth it!'

'Before travelling to Toronto, the owner adviced us to bring a short visit to Niagara on the lake. Very beautiful little city with Victorian houses! Thanks David!'

'Great value for the money. Free parking , conveniently located near restaurants and friendly staff. Clean and updated rooms . Have stayed here whenever in Niagara Falls and never disappointed.'

'Very disappointing experience! I paid $35 for hotel parking, expecting better security, but someone stole belongings from my car. Despite having cameras installed, the hotel didn’t even bother checking the footage. Staff showed no courtesy or concern and simply said they couldn’t help. Ironically, even a $5 parking lot has a security guard on duty, while this hotel has none. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Would not recommend!'
