- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $150/day and must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- To enter the 5th bedroom, you'll need to walk through the 4th bedroom, and there's a bathroom and an open hallway between the two bedrooms.
- The car parked outside belongs to the property and is for aesthetic purposes only.
- The outdoor wood-burning fire pit is not available for guest use.
- Two trifolds with associated bedding have been provided.
- Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot heat both the pool and the spa at the same time.
- Pool heat is not available from May to September.
- Spa heat is complimentary.
- Exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems are in place in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Please note that only the Ring camera by the front entry is currently operational; the others have been deactivated.
- This home comes with a pack n play & highchair.
- This home is located on a dirt road that can be a little bumpy.
- Please note: The sauna is non-operational at this time.
