Put on a favorite playlist through the Sonos sound system, settle in for a film on the smart TV or enjoy the fireplace on a cooler evening. The textured block accent wall adds warmth and character, while the surrounding glass keeps the desert landscape in view even when everyone has come inside.

The kitchen brings a welcome sense of personality to the home's minimalist design. Casamia accommodates up to six guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, with one king bed, two queen beds and two and a half bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a wide window framing the surrounding desert. Its ensuite bathroom is a distinctive part of the experience, with a sculptural glass vanity and a spacious walk-in shower beside a floor-to-ceiling window that brings the outdoors into your morning routine.



The two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, contemporary artwork and patio doors that connect the rooms to the outdoors. They share a hallway bathroom with a generous walk-in shower, while a separate half bathroom near the main living area adds convenience for everyone throughout the day.

Casamia is privately set on 2.27 acres in a quiet pocket of Joshua Tree, surrounded by open desert and mountain views, with the national park, dining, galleries and everyday conveniences an easy drive away. The last 0.7 miles to the home are dirt roads.

Please note that Casamia is in a remote location, and the final stretch to the home is on dirt roads, so please take it slow. The dirt roads are maintained, and a four-wheel drive car is not necessary, but please note that the dirt road conditions vary and may have bumps and ruts, particularly after rainstorms.
