'We really felt we experienced the true Bedouin lifestyle, spending a couple of nights at the camp. The guys here are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable with the best hospitality of anywhere we stayed on Jordan. This really was the highlight of our trip! Thanks to Ahmed, he runs a great facility and makes sure you leave having fully had a glimpse into the Bedouin life. Also thanks to Salah, our Jeep guide. He is so fun to be around I just wish we had longer with him! '

'We were picked in an agreed time by Awdeh. We were then taken from Wadi Rum guest house by Hasim who was excellent driver. He took us out to all the prime viewing points in the Wadi Rum gor whole day trip. This included generous portions of traditional lunch. 'This is one of the best camps I've been into at Wadi Rum; The location is amazing inside the the protected area; While all camps are claiming the same but this is not the case; This camp is not surrounded or close the main road; it is inside the desert where you need to drive for 8Km to reach it; so it is calm and quite; the staff are greate and cooperative; the food and the service is very good. You won't beleive the desert can be beautiful till you see this . '

'Desert Bird Camp is one of 35 camps in Wadi Rum. The owner can be easily contacted via WhatsApp and he replies very promptly. I did the 5 hour 4x4 tour offered by the camp. It was undoubtedly the highlight of our Jordan trip. All meals were of high quality and delicious. In the evening we all sat around the camp fire to chat with the local guides and cook. "Hotel is mooi en ruim en het was heerlijk vertoeven zowe aan het zwembad als aan zee. Wat het hotel echt bijzonde rmaakt is het personeel. Ongelooflijk vriendelijk en dienstbaar. Niks is voor hen te veel, ze lossen werkelijk alles voor je op en leggen je in de watten. We kwamen van Kempinski Aqaba waar we 3 nachten verbleven en maar 1 nacht bij Marriott, ik had het liever omgedraaid want het was dag en nacht verschil. Het lunch en dinner buffet is echt een aanrader voor de prijs die ze ervoor rekening meer dan de moeite waard. Beste verblijf die we in Kordaniet hadden, nogmaals jammer maar voor een nachtje en dagje en we mochten later uitchecken dan toegestaan was. Dank voor jullie goede zorgen. "
