Flats in Jonathan Island

'This is not a "luxury" loft - it is adequate. There is no place to hang a jacket or hat, the furniture is sparce and although the kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware and cooking utensils, there is not so much as a dish towel or saltshaker or other kitchen odds and ends that make a place more homey. Also - the "balcony" is pretty much unusable. The location is great - it's walking distance to everything along Thames St. But given its deficits I would not recommend it.'

'It was loud with the people upstairs but nice clean ! Parking a big plus'

'Very nice apartment. Everything was very fresh and new. Fabulous showers.'

'Perfect location for exploring Newport area. Thames street easy walk to prime restaurant and shopping.Very very nice 3 BR condo, comfortable loving room. Easy access parking. Great beds great showers.'

'Great location in the heart of Newport—just a five-minute walk to the wharf, restaurants, and everything else you would want to enjoy. The property has been freshly renovated, is well equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were especially comfortable, and the check-in process was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.'

'location was great although it was loud at night in the weekends even with the windows closed '

'Gorgeous apartment in a perfect location! Super-comfy beds, great showers, and very stylish open-concept family room/kitchen. Loved that we had easy parking and could bring our dog with us. All-in-all, we had a wonderful stay for Newport Jazz!'

'The walls are thin and the noise from the loft above us made sleep impossible. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location is great but the noise leaves a lot to be desired.'

'Great location Clean and spacious condoEasy parking'

'Clean, great location, easy access'

'Exactly as advertised. Place was super cute and clean. Location can’t be beat but it is loud at night in the front bedroom. 2 parking spaces across the street were beyond convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'Great location, very clean, easy parking, very comfortable beds. Shelly was very friendly and helpful at check in. This rental is similar to a timeshare rental without certain things that might be needed if you were spending a week. For example -only a keurig, no drip coffee maker. A coffee enthusiast can’t deal with that!!! Please remember to bring any cling wrap, foil or storage containers as there are none in the kitchen. The dishwasher was broken. but hopefully will be repaired between...

'This spacious townhome which is very conveinent to downtown Newport, but away from the hubbub. Was very clean when we arrived. Has a large common room / kitchen, and a couple of decks. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Newport.'

'We were three women in town for the Gilded Age Tours. Enjoyed being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Great location!'

'We loved this property, and its location. Was decorated beautifully and beds were very comfortable. Had a few minor hiccups that we had to contact property management, they acted very quickly and we were very pleased..'

'Perfect location. On site parking was a definite plus. Beautiful condo. Would highly recommend.'

'A gorgeous unit in a perfect location! '

'The property was pretty and the upstairs deck was magnificent!'

'This is a great property. Beautiful and perfectly located. Walking distance to great restaurants, sailing excursions, stores, etc. And it has parking, which is needed in Newport, especially during the summer.'
