'Place was super clean, modern and spacious. About 10 minutes walk to the subway, not very close to the main city but close via public transport. Good value for money'

'The Front desk and Concierge were amazing and set me up for an amazing Japan Adventure'

'Location is next to aeon mall'

'Hotel: luxurious and great location, spacious and clean rooms, various cleaning room options. Hotel has a shuttle bus to drive guests to a train/subway station. Staff: very helpful, give valuable and usefull information, Restaurant/food: only tried western breakfast. Everyday was the same but had enough options to chose from. The only small complaint i have is the lack of protein options. Overall: great hotel, would definitely recommend it for those visiting Kyoto'

'Super nice and helpful staff. Great neighbourhood, close to excellent affordable restaurants. Clean, comfortable and well set up room.'

'We stayed in Room number one. It was incredible. It was such a wonderful experience to stay in a historic building that had modern amenities and a lot of space. The room decorations and sliding doors were beautiful. The living room overlooks the garden. Everything was clean. It was nice to have the communal food area to grab coffee in the morning and a light meal. Be aware that the room entrance for the room is right next to the lobby. There are stairs to climb to get up to the room. We will...

'洗濯機の洗濯槽を一応セルフクリーニングしたところ黒い塊が多々出てきた。 定期的なクリーニングをお願いしたいです。 あとは広くて快適に過ごせました！'

'Expensive breakfast and not worth the price- only negative. Hotel is within a cab ride of all attractions or a 20 minute walk. Staff are very friendly and hotel is clean and rooms are beautiful.'

'Mooi hotel, personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fietshuur was goed geregeld. Bar was mooi.

Rustige buurt. Met buslijn 9 goed bereikbaar vanuit station Kyoto. Ligt vlakbij het kasteel. Bushaltes voor diverse richtingen vlakbij. 3 supermarkten in de direkte omgeving. Uitstekend geschikt voor soloreizigers. Betaalbaar.'

'We had adequate space for 3 people- one room is mats only. The shower and tub is fabulous. You have good access to stations and buses. We had one day where the air conditioner wasn’t working right but staff were able to remedy that, The only disappointment was the staff would not call a taxi for us.'

'A very nice hotel at a convenient location. Beautiful spacious room (Signature De Luxe) with 2 big beds, a window that could be opened for fresh air, a nice bathroom with separate wc and shower. Superb breakfast and very friendly staff. Only one point to improve: the smoking area close to the beautiful entrance should be closed immediately. Does not fit to this eco hotel. We will be back!'
